We had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on the beach was simply breathtaking and provided us with stunning views throughout our stay. The service room service and housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We also took advantage of the car hire service, which made exploring the area a breeze. The shops on-site offered a convenient option for any last-minute needs, and the medical facilities service gave us peace of mind. The airport shuttle service was a lifesaver, making our travel experience seamless. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and the tours/ticket assistance made it easy to plan our activities. this venue had everything we needed to have a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

That place was good including the food and staff. Coffee and tea in the bar. We would definitely recommend & would book again. 2 miles to sealanya dolphinpark seapark.

Delicious food, abundant salads & vegetables, nice pools, available sunbeds, variety of entertainment options, spacious gym & waterpark.

The location of the hotel on a nice beach makes it perfect for a relaxing vacation. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-maintained facilities and a pleasant view. the staff are friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. the hotel also offers great facilities such as multiple pools, a spacious gym, and even a waterpark.
There is a slight issue with check-in that may cause a bit of inconvenience.

The food at the hotel was delicious, especially during the Christmas dinner. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the beach and other attractions. having access to a gym on the premises was a good advantage.
The room was not up to par with what was advertised, and the staff was rude and unhelpful when we tried to voice our concerns. the Christmas decorations were minimal, and there was no real festive atmosphere.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view. The food options were varied and delicious, with plenty of choices for every meal. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with dirty bed sheets and a smelly toilet. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, making the check-in process stressful and unpleasant.
